Our outfitter is located 2 hours from Baie-Comeau, on the way to Manic 5. Thirty-three kilimeters ahead of the Daniel Johnson dam, it is only 11 kilometres up a maintained logging road.

The magnitude of our unspoiled and wild territory will surprise you. Easily accessible by car or hiking trails, numerous virgin lakes abound with indigenous and vigorous brook trout.

Our catering features rooms without meals (European Plan) in magnificent brand-new 4-star cottages that are fully equipped and comfortable. We are reputed for both the cleanliness and the beauty of our surroundings.

The fishing season starts on June 1st and ends in mid-September. The water’s low temperature and the altitude ensure an exceptional fishing experience for the whole season. There is no downtime at Domaine de la Manic.

Moreover, you can even combine a fishing trip with a visit to the Manic 5 dam located in the area.

To reach us: Take Route 138 up to Baie-Comeau, then Route 389 towards MANIC 5. At kilometre 179, you must drive up a logging road for 11 kilometres.
